Warranty conditions

If we specify a warranty in the item description or additional information, the following warranty conditions apply, but explicitly only if we expressly specify the warranty in the item description.

The warranty conditions grant you, in addition to the statutory defect rights for the advertised product, a warranty of one year. The period for calculating the warranty duration begins with the invoice date. The territorial scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide.
The warranty relates to the freedom from defects of the advertised product, including functionality, material, or production defects. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we grant you the following service under this warranty at our discretion: free repair of the goods or free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item.

Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, disregard of safety precautions, use of force (e.g., blows), or repair attempts on your own.

This warranty from us does not restrict your statutory rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise. Therefore, this dealer warranty does not violate your statutory rights but rather expands your legal position.

If the purchased item is defective, you can in any case contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
