Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zeitauktion GmbH, Oberfrohnaer Straße 66, 09117 Chemnitz, phone number: +4937124089610, email address: shop@zeitauktion.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
 
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides payment of a price begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or expiration reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, upon full completion of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision that the entrepreneur begins the service before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract where the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to visit him to carry out repair work, upon full completion of the repair services, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision that the entrepreneur begins the repair services before the withdrawal period expires.
