Procedure

1.

Fill out our service questionnaire.

2.

Our workshop will give you feedback on the extent to which your wishes can be realised.

3.

You send us your watch and receive a cost estimate*.

4.

After your approval, the work will be carried out and you will receive your watch in new splendour.

*Note: To prevent misuse, we have decided to charge €49 for the estimate, which will be waived if you place an order.
